Positions
In June 2026, when amended judicial laws returned to parliament after an opinion of the Venice Commission, Bájity said the Commission had not questioned the direction of the reforms but proposed improvements, and that the VMSZ had supported Serbia's path to the European Union since its founding. In an October 2026 campaign interview he named better everyday living conditions as the main result of the term, citing higher support for families with children, state guarantees for young people's first homes and an alimony fund, and said a law on the financing of Vojvodina, unresolved for nearly twenty years, remained on the VMSZ agenda (Magyar Szó).
