Reuse

You are welcome to embed Election Tracker widgets and to quote individual figures, with credit and a link to electiontracker.eu. Copying the data in bulk (scraping, feeds, databases) or reselling it is not permitted. © Eastern Vikings OÜ.

The election calendar, the counts with the source and time of every reading, and the articles are compiled by Election Tracker. That data can be licensed for bulk or commercial use: write to the email address above. The market-implied probabilities come from public prediction-market data and are not ours to license. Every count names and links its source, whose own terms still apply to it; figures read from Wikipedia are available under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Privacy

Controller: Eastern Vikings OÜ, at the address above.

This site has no accounts, sets no cookies, uses no tracking, and stores nothing in your browser. Every page, font, image and script comes from our own server; your browser contacts no one else.

To deliver a page, our server necessarily receives your IP address and the request your browser sends (the page address, browser type and language). This is used only to send you the page and is neither logged nor stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We count how many times an hour each page is opened, which website linked to it, which words are typed into the search field and how often a widget’s code is copied. These counts contain nothing about you: no IP address and no other detail of your request is kept.

When one of our widgets is shown on another website, we count how many times a day it is loaded there, by the name of that website only (such as example.com). These counts contain nothing about you: no IP address, no page address and no other detail of your request is kept.

The server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany, which processes this data on our behalf. No data leaves the EU.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country. Write to the email address above.
