Grabois is a lawyer and professor who founded the Movimiento de Trabajadores Excluidos and helped found the Confederation of Popular Economy Workers (CTEP, now UTEP). He sat on the Vatican's Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development. In the 2023 primaries he was a presidential pre-candidate for Unión por la Patria and finished fifth with 1,441,504 votes (5.85%). In 2025 he was elected national deputy for Buenos Aires Province on the Fuerza Patria list, taking office on 10 December.
