Brodie is its interim leader. Reference works describe it as right-wing to far-right. It holds two of 93 seats and is among the parties contesting the British Columbia general election of 24 October 2026.

History

Brodie and Armstrong were elected as BC Conservatives in 2024 and left that caucus in March 2025. They registered OneBC in June 2025, with Brodie as interim leader. In December 2025 the party's board removed Brodie; about ten days later she was reinstated after Armstrong and two other board members resigned, and Armstrong left the party. The party lost official status in the legislature that month for having fewer than two MLAs, and regained it on 22 September 2026 when Conservative MLA Brent Chapman joined it. For the 2026 election it is fielding 34 candidates, according to the election article.

Positions

Wikipedia lists the party's ideology as right-wing populism and social conservatism. Its published proposals include cutting income taxes, allowing private healthcare, ending what it calls mass immigration, banning teacher strikes, ending mail-in and early voting, and counting all votes by hand. It also proposes to end what it calls the reconciliation industry. Its two founders came from the Conservative Party of British Columbia, which is now a rival in the election.
