Career
Tondelier graduated from Sciences Po Lille in 2009 with a master's in healthcare management and worked as a parliamentary assistant and in air-quality regulation. She first ran in the Hénin-Beaumont municipal election in 2009, contested legislative elections in Pas-de-Calais's 11th constituency from 2012 to 2022 and was elected to the Hauts-de-France regional council in 2021. She became national secretary of the Ecologists on 10 December 2022 with 90.8% of the vote. In December 2025 party members designated her for the primary with 86% of votes cast.
