Vladan Petrov (born 4 July 1975) is a Serbian constitutional law scholar, full professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and a judge of the Constitutional Court since 2019.

Career
Petrov has been a full professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law since 2016 and was its vice dean for teaching and acting dean. He is a member of the Council of Europe's Venice Commission since 2021, editor of the journal Archive for Legal and Social Sciences and author of three constitutional law textbooks. The Supreme Court of Cassation appointed him a Constitutional Court judge; he took the oath on 9 May 2019. On 22 January 2026 the court's judges unanimously elected him its president, on a proposal from ten judges.
