She previously worked at the European Commission's competition directorate. She is the Pirates' lead candidate for Mayor of Prague in the municipal election held on 9-10 October 2026.

Career

Nislerová was born in 1984 in Beroun. She studied international and European studies at the Prague University of Economics and Business, took the CEMS master in international management at HEC Paris, and attended the College of Europe in Bruges in 2008-2009. From 2009 to 2014 she worked at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition on mergers and state aid. Since 2014 she has worked at ORLEN Unipetrol on industrial modernisation and emissions reduction. She has sat on the Prague 4 council since September 2022 and chairs the Prague 4 Pirate branch. She ran for the European Parliament in 2024 (15th on the list, 984 preference votes, not elected) and for the Chamber of Deputies in 2025 (5th on the Prague list, 10,561 preference votes, first reserve candidates not seated). In 2026 she became the Pirates' lead candidate for Prague.

Positions

In an interview with CNN Prima News she made affordable housing her priority, saying the city must build municipal flats faster and use the city rental agency to bring empty private flats into use. The Pirates' campaign centres on housing, with Airbnb regulation among her proposals. She says public transport fares cannot rise while parking stays cheap, and backs raising both. She promotes the 15-minute city idea, opening the Vltava to swimming, and drawing European and UN institutions to Prague. Her employment in the oil industry has drawn public comment, and she presents it as work on modernisation and lower emissions.
