Nadrchal was born on 18 March 1987 in Pardubice. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Philosophy Faculty of Palacký University Olomouc and worked as an IT specialist at the Fire Rescue Service in 2007, then as a software developer at ASSORTIS Electric and, from 2010, at GEOVAP. He has been active in ANO since 2014, when he failed to win a municipal seat. He was elected to the Pardubice V district council and the city council in 2018, became deputy mayor for development and strategy in 2020, and was chosen mayor in 2022 after the ANO-led coalition won. He ran unsuccessfully for regional and parliamentary seats in 2016, 2017 and 2021.
